Meet the Owner

Owner of Third Hill Construction, John McAlister, was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville and obtained a bachelors of science in Civil Engineering. After spending half a decade learning and growing as an engineer, John knew it was time to get back to his roots in construction. John grew up working with his dad who is a contractor and his grandfather who was a skilled carpenter. His goal is to help Nashvillians obtain their dream homes become a reality while doing what he loves. Spending his whole life in Tennessee, John knows there is no better place to be than Nashville.
